Ribonomics, Inc. Announces Funding Partnership with MBL

Ribonomics, Inc. has announced that it has closed on a $3.1 million Series A financing. The funding was provided by a single corporate partner, Medical and Biological Laboratories, Co., LTD, a publicly traded Japanese manufacturer of diagnostics and reagents for research and clinical applications. Ribonomics will use the proceeds of its initial funding to set up laboratories in Research Triangle Park and to launch its technology platform.
